If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 7 days. We will gladly send out a replacement order.

If your order shipping times exceeds our displayed time frame by 10-12 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order.

Returns

We do accept returns for refunds. Our guarantee only covers defective or damaged products, and items lost in transit. Your satisfaction is our priority, but this policy is in place so that we can continue to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided using the tracking link for the customer to investigate.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (90) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

getting the wrong product: 

in this case we will send you the right product with in 2-3 day after you received the product please just take a clear photo of the product and send it at support@stamptapo.com and we will asnwer you with in 2h-4h and we will pay for the return and sending you the right product.

damaged product:

 email us with the picture of the damaged product in support@stamptapo.com and we will send you another one after 2-3 days

change of mind about the product:(email us at support@stamptapo.com)

in this case if you ask for refund before we ship the product we will give you a full refund.if the product confirmed as shipped and  A 20% restocking fee will be charged and you pay for the return fees

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@stamptapo.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least four (4) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
